Officers were called November 1 to the 800 block of East B Street.  They found a man had shot himself in the hand and killed the family dog.  They say they also saw evidence of drug activity.

Anthony Warner, 25, was arrested and charged with delivery/manufacture of marijuana, felony firearms, and reckless use of a firearm.  He’s also charged with being a habitual offender.  Tiffany Ness, 22, is charged with delivery/manufacture of marijuana and felony firearms.

A preliminary hearing is set for November 11 in Dickinson County District Court.
