GLADSTONE, MI-- A Gladstone man is jailed, after he apparently tried to break into a city residence.
Gladstone Public Safety officers were alerted around 1:30 Thursday morning that someone was in a garage on the 1400 block of Wisconsin Avenue. When police arrived the 33-year-old suspect tried to exit through the garage’s back door, but it was locked. Officers say he did not get into the house.
The man remains lodged in the Delta County Jail for unlawful entry.
Officials say alcohol was a factor in the incident.
