Norway shooting injures troopers

NORWAY, MI--   State Police say two troopers were injured when they came under fire while trying to serve a warrant at a home in Norway.  

Iron Mountain State Police post Commander 1st Lieutenant Christine Grabowski says the incident happened Wednesday afternoon.  WLUC-TV reports several State Police cars were parked at 118 West 11th Street.

Officials haven’t said how seriously the troopers were injured or whether they were struck by gunfire.  

The suspect was arrested and is being held in the Dickinson County Jail.  Grabowski says the suspect wasn't injured.
