Mqt woman charged in illegal theft and use of check

Marquette, MI - A Marquette woman has been arrested on charges relating to the theft and use of a relative’s check. City police say 21-year old Cassie Marie Croschere is accused of taking a check from a relative’s residence and passing it at Wal-Mart on July 1st. Croschere is charged with Uttering and Publishing, a 14-year felony, and Larceny in a Building, a 4-year felony. She is currently lodged in the Marquette County jail. Bond is set at 10% of $10,000.
