Arrest made in Bothwell vandalism case

MARQUETTE, MI--   A suspect has been arrested in connection with vandalism of property at Bothwell Middle School in Marquette.

The release of a video of a man at the scene and citizen tips led police to arrest Bryan Louis Larson, 21, of Marquette on one count of larceny of $200 or more but less than $1,000 and one count of malicious destruction of property $200 or more but less than $1,000.

Larson was released on a bond of 10% of $2,500 on each count.  He awaits arraignment in 96th District Court. 

Marquette City Police are thanking those who provided information that helped lead to Larson’s arrest.  

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
