Man jailed for possessing illegal growth hormone

MARQUETTE, MI--    A Marquette man has been arrested for possessing an anabolic steroid. 

City Police responded Wednesday to a disturbance complaint on the 500 block of Center Street.  During their investigation officers discovered a suspected illegal growth hormone.  It was later determined to be testosterone enanthate. 

Tyler Paquette, 24, was taken into custody and lodged at the Marquette County Jail for possession of analogues.  His bond was set at $1,000.  

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
