Marquette Police make cocaine arrest

MARQUETTE, MI--   A Marquette woman is jailed on drug charges.  

City Police arrested Stephanie Bryan, 29, on a warrant for possession of cocaine between 25 and 49 grams.  The charge stems from an earlier investigation by the Marquette Police Department.

The charge is punishable by up to four years in prison.

Bryan remains lodged in the Marquette County Jail on 10 percent of a $20,000 bond. 

Officers were assisted by the Negaunee City Police Department.  

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
