Stolen Ontonagon vehicle seen in Harvey

ONTONAGON, MI--   The Ontonagon County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a car stolen from the Village of Ontonagon. 

Officials say it was taken from the area of River Street Friday night.  The vehicle is a 2013 orange Dodge Dart with two black stripes along the hood, roof, and trunk. 

It bears Michigan registration DBZ7782. 

The vehicle was last seen at the Holiday gas station in Harvey at approximately 2:40 a.m. Saturday.  The driver was an unknown female and the direction of travel is also unknown. 

Anyone who sees the car is asked to call the Ontonagon County Sheriff’s Office at 884-4901.  

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
