ONTONAGON, MI-- An Ontonagon man has been arrested for assaulting another individual.
The County Sheriff’s Office received a call Thursday around 9 p.m. that an individual had been assaulted at knifepoint by the 25-year-old suspect.
The subject was arrested for felonious assault, resisting and obstructing an officer, malicious destruction of property, and a probation violation.
The suspect remains lodged in the Ontonagon County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond.
