MARQUETTE, MI-- A Gwinn man has been arrested for criminal sexual conduct, after police found him on top of Mount Marquette with a 14-year-old girl.
Marquette Police say Bryan Kinnunen, 23, was taken into custody Monday around 12:50 a-m. He’s charged with three counts of third-degree CSC with a person 13-15 years of age.
Kinnunen remains lodged in the Marquette County Jail on a $7,500 cash bond. He faces up to 15 years in prison for each count.
