HOUGHTON, MI-- A Crystal Falls man has been charged with criminal sexual conduct with a victim under 13 years old.
WLUC-TV says 80-year-old Earl Otchingwanigan was arraigned Friday on six counts of 1st degree CSC. The incidents allegedly happened between 2000 and 2007. Otchingwanigan and the victim were reportedly members of the same household.
A probable cause conference is set for March 5 in Iron County District Court.
