A traffic stop in Escanaba resulted in a multi agency drug investigation. The traffic stop Saturday by a Delta County Sheriff’s Deputy led to searches at three local hotels. Three ounces of methamphetamine and a large amount of U.S. currency was seized, and three subject were arrested and lodged in the Delta County Correctional Facility. The names of the suspects are being withheld pending arraignment.
The law enforcement agenicies involved in the investigation included Escanaba Public Safety, Michigan State Police and the Delta County Prosecutor’s Office.
