Social media challenge leads to vandalism in public bathrooms

Delta County Sheriff's Office

ESCANABA, MI— The Delta County Sheriff’s Office is looking for suspects in the trashing of bathrooms at Bay de Noc Township and Stonington parks.

Officials say the damage is consistent with social media challenges where public bathrooms are vandalized and the results are posted on social media.

They say similar damage has been done in public bathrooms in Gladstone.

Anyone with information about those who did the damage is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 906-786-3633, extension 354.
