Police arrest Forsyth Township man on criminal sexual conduct charges

FORSYTH TOWNSHIP, MI— A Forsyth Township man has been arrested on sex crimes with underage girls.

Brad Olney, 44, was taken into custody at his residence Monday following a multiple-agency investigation. Police say victims were found in multiple jurisdictions in Marquette County.

Olney is charged with three counts of 1st-degree criminal sexual conduct and three counts of 2nd-degree CSC. The crimes allegedly occurred over the course of several years.

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
