MARINETTE, WI— Marinette Police have arrested a man who barricaded himself in his house after they tried to execute an outstanding felony warrant.

Tuesday around 7:15 p.m. officers tried to arrest the 25-year-old man but he ran to his Ogden Street residence and barricaded himself in his bedroom. The man allegedly said he had a firearm and was willing to use it.

A perimeter was established, and negotiators talked the man into surrendering without incident.
