Niagara man arrested by US Marshals for bail jumping, possessing child porn

NIAGARA, WI— A Marinette County man has been arrested on a number of charges, including child enticement and possession of child pornography.

Members of a joint team led by the U.S. Marshals Service, Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested Joshua Otto, 44, in Niagara on Tuesday.

Other charges filed by the Niagara Police Department include possession of THC, four counts of felony bail jumping, and two counts of resisting and obstructing an officer.

Additionally, charges of resisting and obstructing an officer have been referred to the Marinette County District Attorney’s Office for another adult who was in the residence at the time of Otto’s arrest.

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
