Florence man facing felonies for molesting young girls

FLORENCE, WI— A preliminary hearing has been set for a Florence, Wisconsin man charged with sexually assaulting young girls.

James Dagostino, 60, is accused of molesting a relative between 1998 and 2005, when she was 15 to 21 years old. He’s also accused of assaulting a 4^th grade girl in 2019.

Dagostino is charged with two counts of second-degree assault of a child, two counts of child enticement-sexual contact, and one charge of incest with a child.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 25^th in Florence County Circuit Court.
