HOUGHTON, MI— Houghton Police are investigating a fatal shooting in the city.
Officers responded Monday around 7 p.m. to a downtown establishment. They found a deceased 53-year-old man in the men’s bathroom.
A person of interest was taken into custody and lodged at the Houghton County Jail.
Police say no further information will be released until after the suspect is arraigned in 97th District Court.
