ESCANABA TOWNSHIP, MI— The Delta County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting in Escanaba Township.
On Sunday, deputies were dispatched to a township residence on a report of a gunshot victim.
Officials say a 28-year-old suspect is lodged in the Delta County Correctional Facility.
The victim was airlifted to UPHS-Marquette, where he remains in stable condition.
No further information is being released, pending the suspect’s arraignment in 94th District Court.
