IRONWOOD, MI— An Eagle River, Wisconsin man has been charged in Gogebic County with seven felony drug charges.

The Gogebic Iron Area Narcotics Team purchased meth from Justin O’Dell, 35, in December. GIANT learned he was leaving the area to pick up large amounts of meth.

Last Saturday, officers stopped O’Dell’s vehicle in Wakefield and executed a search warrant. They found around an ounce of meth, packaging supplies, and a digital scale.

O’Dell is charged with possession with intent to deliver meth, two counts of delivery of meth, two counts of maintaining a drug house, delivery of meth within 1,000 feet of a park, and delivery of meth within 1,000 feet of a school.

He remains lodged in the Gogebic County Jail on a $200,000 bond.
