Gwinn man faces fraud charges

Forsyth Township, MI - A Gwinn man has been arrested on charges of defrauding multiple Forsyth Township clients. According to the WLUC-TV6 website, 48-year old Michael Alan Sivula is accused of taking money from three separate victims for saunas and repair jobs that he did not follow thru on. He faces three counts of false pretenses of $1,000 but less than $20,000 and two counts of using computers to commit a crime. Sivula will appear in Marquette County District Court on August 29th for a probable cause conference and again on September 5th for a preliminary hearing.
