B&E reported at Soo gas station

SAULT STE. MARIE, MI— Police are investigating a breaking and entering Wednesday morning at a Sault Ste. Marie gas station.

Around 6 a.m., officers from the Sault Ste. Marie Police Department responded to the Krist station on Easterday Avenue. Someone broke in while the store was closed and stole merchandise.

Police say they’re actively investigating the incident and will release more information at a later date. There is no known threat to public safety.
