ISHPEMING, MI— An Ishpeming man has been arrested on child pornography charges. The Michigan State Police Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force made the announcement Friday.
Andrew Jack Prosser, 18, was arrested after it was learned he was viewing child sexually abusive material on the internet. A search of his residence resulted in the seizure of digital evidence.
Prosser is charged with 10 counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material and 10 counts of using a computer to commit a crime.
A probable cause conference is scheduled for October 24 and a preliminary exam for October 30 in Marquette County District Court.
