ALPENA, MI— An Alpena man who was arrested by Michigan State Police at the Soo Locks has been arraigned on criminal sexual conduct charges.
Dustin Haske, 34, was arrested on board the Kaye E. Barker Wednesday as the freighter passed through the locks. He was taken back to Alpena.
Haske was arraigned in 88th District Court Thursday on six counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of third-degree CSC.
He remains lodged on a $150,000 bond.
