More information sought on Forsyth Township CSC suspect

FORSYTH TOWNSHIP, MI— Forsyth Township Police are asking the public for help in getting more information about a suspect charged with criminal sexual conduct.

Jonathan Bostick, 35, was arrested May 30 for engaging in sexual behavior with a person under 13. He’s charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of second-degree CSC.

Police believe there may be other victims, witnesses, or people with information about other incidents connected to Bostick. Those with information are asked to call Forsyth Township Police at 906-346-9224.

A probable cause conference is scheduled for Thursday and a preliminary hearing for June 18 in Marquette District Court.

The Northern Lights Child Advocacy Center assisted police in the investigation.

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
