Jakob was later transferred to St. Vincent’s Hospital in Green Bay, where he was put on life support.

He succumbed to his injuries on Saturday.

A 16-year-old boy and 21-year old man were arrested following further investigation. No other details have been released.

Marinette Police were assisted by the Menominee Police Department, Marinette Fire Department, Menominee Fire Department, and Michigan Department of Natural Resources.
