Three meth-related arrests take place in Escanaba

ESCANABA, MI— The Escanaba Department of Public Safety arrested three people in connection with meth possession over the weekend.

The first case involved a routine traffic stop for a minor violation. A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of methamphetamine.

In the second case, Public Safety worked closely with the Sault Tribe in executing a search warrant at a residence. During the operation, multiple grams of meth were seized. Two suspects were also arrested. One of them, Ashley Isaacson, has already been arraigned.

And during another traffic stop officers discovered meth inside a vehicle. The driver, Colt Warner, has since been arraigned.

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
