Daggett residents face criminal sexual conduct charges involving child under 13

LAKE TOWNSHIP, MI— Two Menominee County residents have been arrested in a criminal sexual conduct investigation.

On Wednesday, detectives and deputies with the Menominee County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a Lake Township residence. Two Daggett residents—a man and a woman—were arrested and lodged in the county jail.

Travis Thiry, 44, is charged with five counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct—person under 13, accosting children for immoral purposes, and selling/furnishing alcohol to a minor.

He remains lodged in the Menominee County Jail on a $750,000 cash bond.

Rocquel Irving, 38, is charged with three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct—person under 13, three counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree CSC, second-degree CSC, accosting children for immoral purposes, gross indecency between females, and selling/furnishing alcohol to a minor.

She also remains lodged in the Menominee County Jail on a $750,000 cash/surety bond.

The incident remains under investigation.
