Stephenson man arrested for third-degree CSC with a minor

DAGGETT TOWNSHIP, MI— The Menominee County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Stephenson man for sex crimes.

Thursday morning, deputies took Jamil Gomez-Castro, 30 into custody following an investigation that started in Daggett Township last year.

Gomez-Castro was arraigned on two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.

He remains lodged at the Menominee County Jail on a $25,000 cash/surety bond.
