ISHPEMING, MI— The Michigan State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force says an Ishpeming man has been arrested in connection with child sexually abusive material.
Following an investigation initiated by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Shawn Holm, 41, was arrested when it was learned he may have accessed and shared illicit content on the internet.
A search of his residence resulted in the seizure of digital evidence. Holm is charged with 13 counts of possession of child sexually abusive material, 13 counts of aggravated child sexually abusive activity, and 26 counts of using a computer to commit a crime.
He remains lodged in the Marquette County Jail on a 260-thousand-dollar bond.
