MARQUETTE, MI— A man is jailed in Marquette after he was charged in two different indecent exposure incidents.
City Police say on June 6, bystanders saw Brian Legault, 59, expose his genitals and fondle himself at Peter White Public Library.
On July 5, two women witnessed Legault expose his genitals to them as they walked on the boardwalk along Lake Superior near Downtown Marquette. He was arrested later that day for criminal trespassing at Mattson Lower Harbor Park.
Legault was arraigned Wednesday on two felony counts of indecent exposure by a sexually delinquent person, a high-court misdemeanor of aggravated indecent exposure, and misdemeanor charges of criminal trespass and indecent exposure.
