UPDATE: Paquette was taken into custody in Ishpeming Township Tuesday by deputies from the Marquette County Sheriff's Office. He was lodged in the Marquette County Jail. Bond will be set at his arraignment.

MARQUETTE, MI— The Marquette County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help in finding an Ishpeming Township man wanted in connection with a domestic assault in August.
Tyler Paquette, 35, is charged with assault with intent to murder, unlawful imprisonment, two counts of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, domestic violence-third offense, and interfering with electronic communications.
Paquette is described as 5’07” and 175 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 906-225-8435. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through the Sheriff’s Office tip line, at 906-225-8441.
Officers are cautioning the public not to approach Paquette or try to apprehend him.
