Menominee, MI - A Menominee woman has been arrested on a sexual assault charge. The Menominee Police Department investigated 29-year-old Bailee Rae Miller, who was allegedly involved in incidents of sexual assault this month in Menominee. She was employed as a school bus driver by Choice Transportation, a contractual service provider for Menominee Area Public Schools. Miller is charged with ‘1st-degree criminal sexual conduct—multiple variables.’ Menominee County Prosecutor Jeffrey Rogg says additional criminal charges are expected to be filed as more information comes to light. Miller remains lodged in the Menominee County Jail on a 500-thousand-dollar bond.
