Building Our Futures Survey open for Keweenaw residents

Keweenaw Community Foundation logo

HANCOCK, MI— The Keweenaw Community Foundation is offering a survey for residents in the region as part of community development research.

People who live full- and part-time in Baraga, Houghton, Keweenaw, and Ontonagon counties, or members of the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community, are invited to take the survey.

Officials say responses will help identify the assets that make the region unique, the challenges that need attention, and the opportunities where future investments and collective action can make the greatest impact. They will inform funding priorities, partnerships, and community initiatives in the years to come.

The anonymous survey will be available until April 6. A link to take it is here.

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
