Finlandia completes 7th teach-out agreement

HANCOCK, MI— Finlandia University has finalized a teach-out agreement with Waldorf University in Forest City, Iowa.

The private liberal arts school serves about 2,500 students.

Waldorf is FinnU’s seventh official teach-out institution, joining Michigan Technological University, Bay College, Adrian College, Wartburg College, Northern Michigan University, and Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.

Such agreements allow students to finish their program of study at one or more schools.

Finlandia announced last month it would be closing after the current school year ends.
