MARQUETTE, MI— NMU’s 10th day fall enrollment report is showing an increase of nearly 3 percent in total student headcount from this time last year.
Officials say growth in first-time freshmen, graduate students, and Global Campus online enrollment contributed to a total headcount of 7,409, an increase of 212 students over last year.
Continuing graduate students are up by 30.5 percent, leading to an overall increase in the graduate population of 18.3 percent.
Continuing undergraduate enrollment showed a 4.1-percent gain and Global Campus enrollment is up nearly 20 percent.
