IRONWOOD, MI— Gogebic Community College is once again looking for a new president.
Chris Patritto took the reins in January of 2024. He’s indicated he wants to spend more time with his family.
His resignation, effective July 1, was approved this week by the GCC Board of Trustees. Patritto says he’s willing to remain in office or as an advisor until his replacement is found.
The board says a formal plan to guide the search and selection process will be released in the next few weeks.
