Two seats to be available on Bay College Board of Trustees

ESCANABA, MI— Delta County residents will select two new members for the Bay de Noc Community College Board of Trustees in November.

The positions held by Terri Mileski and Thomas Butch are regular six-year terms that will run through December 31st, 2030. Mileski has announced her intention to run in the General Election. Butch will retire from the Board of Trustees after 50 years of service.

Candidates must be nominated by petitions signed by no fewer than 100 and not more than 200 qualified registered voters living in Delta County. Candidates may pay a non-refundable $100 filing fee to the Delta County Clerk instead of filing nominating petitions. All documents must be filed by July 23rd.

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
