See what's on your August 4 primary ballot

MARQUETTE, MI— Tuesday, August 4 is primary day in Michigan.

Some of the important races on the ballot include those for Democratic U.S. Senate candidate, the 1st Congressional District, 38th District state Senator, and 108th District Representative. Many municipalities also have millage and other proposals on their ballots.

Polls open at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m., local time. To see what's on your ballot, click here.

Public Radio 90 will have results on contested races Wednesday, beginning at 6 a.m. during Morning Edition.

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
