IRON MOUNTAIN, MI— Fire severely damaged a house in Iron Mountain early Thursday morning.

City firefighters were dispatched around 12:40 a.m. to 414 West Fleshiem Street and found heavy fire conditions.

All residents evacuated the 2.5-story house. No injuries were reported, but the house is uninhabitable.

The Breitung Township Fire Department, Iron Mountain Police Department, WE Energies, DTE and Iron Mountain Department of Public Works assisted at the scene.
