KEWEENAW BAY, MI— Officials are investigating a fire that severely damaged a Keweenaw Bay restaurant.
Michigan State Police from the Calumet Post say it started around 1:30 a.m. Friday at Carla’s Inn and Restaurant on US-41.
The highway was shut down for about four hours while firefighters from nine fire departments battled the flames.
No injuries were reported.
Michigan State Police fire marshals are investigating the cause of the fire.
