MARQUETTE, MI— Fire has destroyed a mobile home in Marquette.
The City Fire Department was dispatched around 2:20 Friday morning to the Birchgrove Mobile Home Community, Lot 12, and found the structure fully engulfed.
Crews and Marquette City Police confirmed all residents were out of the trailer and nearby homes.
The fire was quickly brought under control, and firefighters stayed until 4:20 a.m. to extinguish hotspots.
A City Fire Investigator was at the scene and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
