WAUSAUKEE, WI— Authorities have identified the man who died in a Marinette County apartment fire on January 23rd.
The fire happened at 616 Elizabeth Street, Apartment #4, in the Village of Wausakee. Officials say 41-year-old Justin Delain was killed.
An autopsy performed on Tuesday indicated he died as a result of the fire.
The cause of the fire remains under review by the Wisconsin Department of Criminal Investigations Fire Marshal’s Office and the Marinette County Sheriff’s Office.
