MARQUETTE, MI-- The City of Marquette’s winter parking ban is now in effect.
The ban requires vehicle owners to find off-street parking between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m. each day.
The ban will be in effect until April 1, 2017. Those who park on the street will only receive a warning until there’s a significant snowfall.
The fine for violating the ban has risen to $75.
