Undated - Governor Gretchen Whitmer has re-appointed Matt Wiese, of Marquette, to the Michigan Domestic and Sexual Violence Prevention and Treatment Board.
The board coordinates and monitors programs and services for the prevention of domestic and sexual violence and the treatment of victims of domestic and sexual violence. It also administers grants awarded under the Violence Against Women Act, the Family Violence Prevention and Services Act and other governmental and non-governmental entities
Currently judge of the 25th Circuit Court, Wiese graduated from NMU with a bachelor's degree in political science and psychology before earning his juris doctor from Vermont Law School. His term expires December 4th,2028.
