MARQUETTE, MI— The West End Health Foundation has opened the application window for its Proactive Grant Funding program.
Grants will be awarded to certain nonprofits providing services or programs with an emphasis on mental health and/or substance abuse. The organizations must be in the cities of Ishpeming or Negaunee, or in Champion, Ely, Humboldt, Ishpeming, Michigamme, Negaunee, Republic, Richmond, or Tilden Townships.
Grants can range from $1,000 to $10,000. A total of $50,000 will be gifted.
The application deadline is June 30th.
