Trillium House receives $15,000 gift from West End Health Foundation

ISHPEMING, MI— The West End Health Foundation has awarded a $15,000 grant to Trillium House to support its West End Resident Care Program.

Foundation officials say the funding will help offset the cost of providing hospice care for West End residents who require a safe, supportive, and home-like setting during a critical time in their lives.

Trillium House offers a residential setting for individuals receiving hospice services and short-term care who are unable to remain comfortably in their home.

The grant will be distributed over three years.
