MARQUETTE, MI— Marquette Internal Medicine and Pediatric Associates and Marshfield Medical Center-Dickinson have signed a letter of intent for the clinic to join Marshfield.
The Marquette-based practice provides Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Pediatric, and Neurological services to the area. The partnership will focus on continuing to deliver clinical care in the region while exploring future growth of services.
The next step is for the organizations to develop a definitive operating agreement. Its anticipated completion date is the end of this month. The final closing would happen in March.
