MARQUETTE, MI— Marquette Internal Medicine and Pediatric Associates has officially joined Marshfield Clinic Health System.
The two entities signed a letter of intent in January and have completed the closing process.
MIMPA will be renamed the Marshfield Clinic Marquette Center. It will collaborate with Marshfield Medical Center-Dickinson. The partnership will also explore the future growth of services in the region.
With the affiliation agreement, Marshfield will formally incorporate its care and operational support system into the Marquette Center.
