GWINN, MI— U.P. Pink Power raised a record amount of money during its annual 17-mile walk on Saturday.
Officials say 290 walkers started the rainy trek from Arnold to Gwinn and 236 people finished.
Participants raised $62,538—a new record. The money will be used to help more than 150 people who are going through illness or tragedies of any kind across the Upper Peninsula.
